Langley Park Neighborhood Bicycle Boulevards Project
A virtual meeting was held on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. to discuss bicycle and pedestrian options to bridge the last/first-mile gap along the Purple Line, making transit more convenient. See meeting materials below.
The Countywide Planning Division:
- Carries out activities and projects that address comprehensive planning at the county level
- Consists of Environmental Planning, Historic Preservation, Special Projects/Research, and Transportation Planning; these four sections work together on countywide issues providing planning services and technical support to the Planning Department and other county, state, and regional agencies
- Guide growth and development, and embrace policies having a countywide perspective
Mandatory Referral Process
One of the major programs that makes up the work of the Countywide Planning Division is the Mandatory Referral Process.
