Stick-To-It Girls’ Lacrosse Program

This program provides an opportunity for girls ages 5-14 of all skill levels to gain valuable knowledge and experience through lacrosse training. Participants will receive high-level instruction in small groups, master the fundamentals of scooping, throwing, and catching, as well as learn specific offensive and defensive techniques. Game-like situations are incorporated into sessions during friendly recreational scrimmages.

This “drop-in” series is open to all skill levels but is non-competitive and educational based in an effort to grow the game in Prince George’s County.

Sticks and goggles are provided, however, players are encouraged to bring their own equipment if they have it. Cleats recommended for play on artificial turf.
